A legal professional with an experience 27 years of in both Litigation as well as transactions, Mr. Abdelazeaz was a judge at Judiciary of Sudan from 2001 to 2007 at civil, criminal and family affairs courts. He had the license and Work as commissioner for oaths from 2012. He appeared before courts in disputes over intellectual property rights, trademarks, land lord, bankruptcy issues and disputes related to the companies Act. Worked as chief and member of arbitrations committees.

As a legal counsel, he is an expert in drafting contracts like joint venture contracts, memoranda and articles of association of companies, employment contracts, preparation of ideal samples for labour contracts considering the employers’ requirements and the labour law applicable to reduce disputes and labour issues. He has been instrumental in registering companies, branches of all types and commercial agents and updating its files. He has also been part of resolving internal disputes between group companies and appointed as the Official Liquidator of companies.

He has trained himself at the Sudanese Ministry of Justice on techniques of negotiations and international contracts – University of Khartoum Faculty of Law. Mr. Abdelazeaz is fluent in English and Arabic.
